Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard Shipping: the estimated delivery time is 4-7 days. 
Expedited Shipping: the estimated delivery time is 2-5 days. 


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, and Germany. 

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For International orders, please add 5-7 business days for shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aerow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@getaerow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds & Returns Policy

Our mission is to help you reach your personal best. We're confident that our expert-tested products will improve your ride. But if you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is undamaged and in its original condition. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged. To start a return, simply contact us at hello@getaerow.com with your receipt or order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
